Lowveld Show 2012

Lowveld Show Society Since 1966 the Lowveld Agricultural Show and Trade Fair has been an annual Chiredzi tradition—this year is no exception. The 2012 Show will take place from 7-9 September 2012 and the Show Society has chosen the theme: "Invest Locally, Reap Globally".

With something for everyone, this year's event is anticipated to be the biggest ever. Exhibitors and entertainers from across the country will be in attendance—local firms are also expected to make their presence felt. Every company needs to attract investors, partners and customers—the Lowveld Show is the ideal event to to accomplish all of these things. In addition to all the entertainers, displays and activities, the Show organisers are providing a platform for business participants to foster long-term relationships that will stimulate the local economy well into the future.

On stage there will be a whole host of entertainment for the entire family. Further activities and attractions will be located throughout the venue. Attractions include:

The programme will kick-off on Friday with Trader's Day:

Friday - Trader's day.
Saturday - The fun starts with a procession through Chiredzi and the day ends with fireworks:
- Senior Drummies will march to Chiredzi Show Grounds starting from Chitsanga Hall at 9:30am. Proceeding down Lion Drive, into Masasa Drive to Marula Drive, they will be joined by the Little Drummies at TM Supermarket. The procession will then continue into Inyathi Road and on to the Show Grounds by 10:45am.
Sunday - Be early, gates open at 8am.

It's Hot
