How to Add a Listing

The easiest way to add your company or service to the EWAY Chiredzi Business Directory is to contact us and we'll take care of everything. Alternatively, this article explains how to add yourself to the EWAY Chiredzi Business Directory.

1. Before you can add a listing, you must login.
   (Don't have an account? Don't worry, it's easy! For more information see the Account Management FAQs).
2. After login, you will be presented with your existing entries, (if any).
3. To add a new business directory entry, click 'Add Listing' and complete the form:
   • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
   • Please leave unused entries blank – do not put N/A or none.
   • Hover your mouse over the icons to see useful tips whilst completing the form.

			Category View	Detail View	Search Engines
A.	Business Name*	The name of your business or service. This appears as the listing title and has a maximum length of 30 characters.
B.	Slogan	Short business description or the slogan for your business. Make your listing stand out. This has a maximum of 50 characters.
C.	Address Line 1*	First line of business address or PO Box. This has a maximum of 50 characters.
C.	Address Line 2	Optional second line of business address. This has a maximum of 50 characters.
C.	Town*	Preference is given to companies in the Lowveld. This has a maximum of 50 characters.
C.	Country	This field is automatically set to Zimbabwe.
D.	Contact Person	Optional business contact person. This has a maximum of 40 characters.
E.	Phone*	Business telephone number. This has a maximum of 25 characters.
F.	Fax	Business fax number. This has a maximum of 25 characters.
G.	Business Email	Enter your existing business e-mail address.
H.	Website Link	Enter your existing website address. EWAY Chiredzi can assist with your website design requirements, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
I.	Large Logo, Photo or Advert	The maximum image size is 300×300 pixels with a maximum file size of 300KB. This can be used for your logo, an advert or even a map to your premises. EWAY Chiredzi can assist with your graphics requirements, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
J.	Small Logo	The maximum image size is 80×80 pixels with a maximum file size of 300KB. As this image appears in the category view, it's a good way of drawing attention to your listing. EWAY Chiredzi can assist with your graphics requirements, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
K.	Company Profile/Description	Detailed description such as opening hours, products, services, promotions or upcoming events. The text can be styled using bullet-points, bold, underline, italics, etc. Make your listing stand out. Adding a description ensures your listing is highlighted in the Category View.
	Keywords (for search engines)	A comma separated list of keywords related to your listing. These help search engines such as Google categorise your entry.
	Description* (for search engines)	A short description for your listing. This description appears in the EWAY Chiredzi search results. It may also used by search engines such as Google.
L.	Categories	Select the categories in which your listing will appear.



4. Confirm your acceptance of the EWAY Chiredzi Terms and Conditions.
5. Submit your new listing by clicking the 'Send' button.
6. If you have selected any premium options, payment options will be displayed.
7. Once approved by EWAY Chiredzi, your listing will be included in the business directory. To maintain the quality of the information in the directory, all listings must be renewed annually.
